A Great Discussion on Redistricting

One of the most important movements supported by Centrists of all stripes is the issue of redistricting. One of the reasons for the polarization and ideological stubbornness of our parties is that the Democrats and Republicans have colluded to create gerrymandered districts where one party is forever dominant and opposition is almost futile. Districts should be laid out by geology, not ideology.

For an excellent discussion of this very important issue, check out Mark Schmitt's thoughts.
