London Hit With Terrorist Attack

This morning, four explosions hit London's transportation system. We live day-to-day knowing these things can happen. Any morning we know we could wake up, turn on the TV and see the horror of which our enemy is capable. We know this, but it doesn't make it any less heart-wrenching, any less terrible to see. Any less angering.

Today, we mourn for the innocents murdered in London. Soon, I think, we will renew with vigor our discussion about the nature of this enemy--about how we defeat them. At this time, we don’t know for sure if the attack was carried out by extremist Muslims, but I don’t think it’s a stretch to assume they are to blame.

Sadly, the war continues. Once again, we'll have to decide how best to fight back.

My thoughts and prayers are with the people of London.

Update: The UK Blog Aggregator has a lot of accounts from British perspectives. Joe Gandelman is doing a great job following this story's developments.
